We're a customer-first brand - which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee for every product. If your product damages, fades/tarnishes, or stops working under normal wear, the lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.

Proof of purchase such as your order number and order information will be required to submit a lifetime guarantee claim. Simply email [email protected] with pictures and ask for a lifetime guarantee claim.

Our guarantee is voided on any user damage issues (eg: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, exposure to chemicals like lotion or cologne), or lost/stolen items. If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. (Lifetime guarantee covers the natural lifetime of the product. Claims made after 12 months of purchase are subject to a 50% replacement fee).
