What should I do if I have payment queries (error codes/ additional charges)?Updated a year ago

If you're encountering issues with your payment, here's what those error codes might mean:

- Do not honor: Your bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. You'll need to contact your bank for more details regarding this generic decline.

- No Account: The card number you entered is not on file with your bank. You'll need to contact your bank.

- Transaction not allowed: Your bank is declining the transaction for unspecified reasons, possibly due to an issue with the card itself. You'll need to contact your bank or use a different payment method.

- Processor Network Unavailable: This response means there's an error with our payment gateway, but don’t worry, we’ll let you know of any issues and let you know once it’s fixed.

If you receive an error code that's not listed above, please reach out to us.

Additional Charges:

If you’re shopping from outside the USA, there’s a small chance you could be charged an International Banking fee by your bank (not by us). Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to remove these International Banking Charges; we wish we could! These charges (usually between 2-3%) are occasionally added to orders when a person’s bank is registered in a country where we aren’t registered. Most banks will allow this kind of transaction without charge, but unfortunately not all. So it's always best to double check with your bank if you're unsure.
