If your product damages, fades, tarnishes, or stops working under normal wear, our lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece free of charge. To submit a lifetime guarantee claim, you'll need proof of purchase such as your order number and order information. Email us at [email protected] with pictures and ask for a lifetime guarantee claim. Please note that this guarantee is voided on any user damage issues, like scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, exposure to chemicals like lotion or cologne, or lost/stolen items. If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
