My order's tracking number says it was delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?Updated 2 years ago
Although UPS / USPS are effective logistics companies, mistakes and accidents can happen. Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:
Wait at least 48-72 hours, we know it's not ideal but sometimes the carrier will mark as "delivered" prematurely, and it will actually arrive a few days after.
Check around your building and check with your neighbors.
